Position Overview:
As our Account Coordinator, you'll become the organizational heartbeat between our clients and our internal team. This isn't a sales role, and it isn't a traditional project manager role. Instead, you'll help ensure every client receives an exceptional experience by keeping projects moving, following up on action items, coordinating communication, and helping our team stay focused on each client's goals. You'll attend client meetings, capture decisions and next steps, create and organize work inside Asana, follow up with team members, and proactively identify anything that could slow progress before it becomes a problem. What You'll Do:
Attend client meetings and document discussions, decisions, and action items.
Translate meetings into organized tasks within Asana.
Coordinate projects between our team members and clients.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and help eliminate bottlenecks.
Keep projects moving without needing constant direction.
Become deeply familiar with each client's business, priorities, and goals.
Help ensure our work aligns with what success looks like for every client.
Communicate regularly with clients via email, Slack, Zoom, Basecamp, and occasional phone calls.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and status updates.
Assist with research, documentation, and light administrative support as needed.
Use AI tools to improve efficiency, summarize meetings, draft communications, organize information, and streamline everyday work.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and create a better experience for both clients and teammates.

Technical Skills
Experience with as many of these platforms/tools is ideal:
macOS.
Google Workspace.
ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
Slack.
Zoom.
Email communication.
Asana or similar project management software.
Basecamp (preferred but not required)
Schedule & Work Environment:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
Flexible schedule.
Hybrid position.
2-3 days each week in our office.
Remaining hours may be worked remotely.
Company-provided MacBook.
